We ship to all states in the United States and overseas. Shipping cost varies based on weight and destination zip code. We will use the lowest cost freight carrier based on real time quotation or standard UPS Ground (whichever cost is lower). If you have made payment through our website by using paypal, we will rebill you for the amount of actual shipping cost; If you choose to use wiring transfer or check, you will get an invoice from us by email including shipment cost. Or you can always e-mail us to place your order, and we will send you a quotation including shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until we have received full payment.

A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know a product is back-ordered prior to ordering if you see a message (in red) on the product detail page during the order process at our website. If a product you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. After receiving this e-mail, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order. Backorders remain active for 60 days. If back-ordered items are not available within 60 days, they are automatically cancelled. Five (5) days before it is scheduled to cancel, you will receive an e-mail asking you whether you would like your back-order to be extended.

You may cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. If you want to cancel your order after order has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.
